Ian Armstrong

Ian has over 40 years broad international business experience, with a focus on products/manufacturing, information technology and change management. He held a number of management and leadership roles before doing an MBA and starting a consulting career with Accenture for 22 years, in a range of industries. Ian participates on a number of management boards and committees, including as chairman. Ian is an active investor in a number of start-ups including medical devices, mining and finance. He also works in a number of volunteer roles including Prostate Cancer Foundation.

James Henderson

With 30+ years in financial advisory services, James is the founder and Chairman of Transocean Securities Pty Ltd since 1987. Specializing in corporate transactions and strategies, he's led teams in mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising globally. He also served as National Chairman at Sothertons Chartered Accountants.
